Our Commitment to Accessibility
In order to make our programs accessible to all families of all income levels and backgrounds, Renaissance Schools offers either income-based tuition, which is based on each individual family’s annual income, or a flat tuition fee. Through scholarships, tuition forgiveness, and public assistance, Renaissance Schools is affordable for everyone. (If you opt for the flat tuition fee, our academic year costs $9,600 for 3-6 year-olds and $10,400 for infants and toddlers.)
Renaissance Schools is intimately familiar with the two public tuition assistance programs in the state of Minnesota: Care Assistance Program (C-CAP) through your County and the Early Learning Scholarship (ELS) through the State. As the application process for these programs can be daunting, Renaissance Schools is committed to assisting families every step of the way. As such, our staff works with each family to explain the process, make sure every step is completed and, for some families, we even offer Renaissance Schools’ on-staff attorney to represent them to take as much of the administrative burden off of the family as possible.
This representation means that our lawyer, Miles Ringsred, esq., can represent your family for the limited purposes of applying for C-CAP and the ELS programs. This representation does not mean he represents you in any other matters, but he does represent you for the limited purpose during the public tuition assistance application process, becoming the point person between your family and the government agency, and ensuring that your child will receive funds for our program to the best of his legal ability.
